Problems with Flammability Protection - Risk of Burns to Children
Wallingford, CT - February 8, 2013 – The Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced a voluntary recall of more than 560,000 children’s pajama sets and sleepers sold at Target stores, for violating federal flammability standards for children’s sleepware. The Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection (DCP) says the products pose a risk of burn injuries to children.
The products were sold at target stores nationwide between August, 2012 through November 2012.
Consumers are instructed to return the products to any Target store for a full refund.
